How is the program structured?
This program contains two weeks of workouts. First week is designed to be done during the second trimester of pregnancy and the routine changes once your reach the third trimester.
Do I need any equipment?
Some of the exercises use light dumbbells. However, you can do the exercises without the weights or use a light object around the house!
