If you received a 'Thank you for your payment' email:

  1. This means your payment successfully went through. 
  2. We are preparing your membership and program. This takes ~48 hours. 
  3. You will receive another email from yanita@bodyplanfitness.com with instructions on how to unlock your the content on your app.  

If you did not receive a confirmation email: 

  • A) Please check your spam
  • B) Please make sure you inputed the correct email on the checkout page or have access to it. 


Unable to restore purchases:

  • Please wait for our instructions on how to unlock the content. This usually takes ~48 hours. 
  • If you download the app and try to tap the 'restore purchase' or 'I already bought this' button, it will not work. This works only for purchases made via the App Store :)
